1. A self-certifying medical questionnaire must be completed.
2. Medical guidelines must be read and considered.
3. GP consent [if you are receiving treatment for a specific condition]
4. A basic swimming ability is required.
5. Print off the required forms: Liability release, medical questionnaire and Safe Practice guidelines,
